Tips On Finding A Hotel Job For Pinoys

Pinoy job seekers rejoice. what im about to reveal has been a trade secret of mine for the last 5 years. I, like many pinoys looked for a job abroad. that was 5 years ago. since then, ive found work mostly in horels, in london, belgium, the middle east and japan. How did i do it? i searched around the internet for ads on hotels and wrote the HR department of each hotel. i made sure that i had a very professional looking resume' and sent out via email all the hotels i could find advertised on the web. If you want to land a job in a hotel abroad, get a great salary ( 3000 dollars easy - wala pang tips yan..) this is what you should do...

1. Build a great resume' - hwag mong tawagin na bio-data - patay ka diyan - baduy yun, di ka tatangapin kaagad! ( mag-hanap ka nang resume' services sa internet , there are a lot of sites out there that will build you a beautiful pro resume') the resume' is your secret weapon number one ( ang dami nagpapadala ng panget na resume' - ang tininitingnan lang ng HR department ang magaganda!)

2. Research hotels on the internet - find at least 10 a day and write them and send your resume' via email. if you find 10 a day thats 300 a month! you will get a 3% respnse ( in my case) so 3% ng 300 is 15 responses. at fiorst i only got two responses after 4 months -pagatapos mga 7 a month nakakuha ako. after vthat ako na ang pumipili kung anu papasukan ko!

3. be willing to start as a busboy, doorman or kitchen attendant - iba sa aborad ang bilis mo mapropromote dahil ang sipag ng pinoy
